In my un-expert advice, i'm sure some people have run nitrous on their cars from 100,000 to 250,000 miles without one issue and have enjoyed every minute of it. 
Then i'm sure there are those who have run nitrous on a 50,000 mile motor and had it blow up just over 51,000 miles
So I guess it's a personal judgement thing....how much risk are you willing to take for the power.

Good luck. I'm going to spray my car soon and i have 112k. It runs great and doesnt consume oil so we'll see what happens. I plan on running a 100 shot.
But plenty of people have sprayed with over 100k

Did you have stock injectors while running the 125? I only ask because I am considering going to a 125 shot....but I think I might have to get a wideband to read my A/F ratios. I suppose if you dyno with it measuring your A/F it could be fine on the dyno but not be fine later...?
