I would go with Nitrous outlet plate system if you can afford it or a harris speed works kit if you are tight on money. Im speaking from experience. I would get it tuned or get a wideband and run a 100 shot, make sure you get all the things that go with a good nitrous system FPSS, WOT switch, window switch, heater, purge, timing retard, Walbro, Tr6 plugs. etc. The mallory 685 ignition box will be you best friend with nitrous as it includes many of those listed features in one. As always in a perfect world you would do a compression test prior to using nitrous but thats up to you. If the motor is in good shape and you do everything listed with no shortcuts the engine will live a long time. If its not in good shape Nitrous will point that out pretty quick. Im rolling with 154,xxx miles on my lt1 i have used 7 bottles at 100 shot and one at 150. My car runs great, and pulls pretty good on spray. Good luck to you

I'd say this pretty much covers it. ^ I too run the Nitrous Outlet plate system with all the bells and whistles, including the 685 box. Couldn't be happier.

Hey thanks! I'm hyper for one of these set ups! Do these systems work ok with the stock cam and head set up? Should I do some upgrades to these before? I really don't have the $$$ too but also want to run my system right.
