The #7 plugs have a bit different design than the #6 better for the jug. With your compression you may need a slightly higher plug
As far as gap goes I don't know so I am not going to make a recommendation on something I don't know.
Yes, spraying it with 250 miles is good. If the rings aren't seated by now, then the nitrous and cylinder pressure sure will seat them and the HP numbers will be more steady and repeatable.

If you find out they are too cold which I doubt you will you can always step back to a ngk 9.
Or just run the motor to get all the assembly lube out, change the oil, and go spray the world at it. You break a motor in based on how you'll be running it.
