As long as you don't have a tune with a lot of timing added, you should be fine with 93 octane. But just make sure your tuner checks for knock retard and all the other important stuff.
whatz u say willis......j/k you mean if i use R/fuel i need to tone it down? tell me again plz explain a little better.......6 grade drop out........lol...thx
Race gas is safer, it allows you to run more timing, and there is alot less chance of it detonating.
If you are still running o2's then do not run race gas, you will burn them up.
If you are not running o2's then it wouldn't hurt to mix some with your regular gas but do not expect to gain a whole lot from it.
If you were to run straight race gas or even a 50-50 mix and have it re-tuned, your tuner could add a degree or two of timing witch would give you more power.
Get it?

You need to get your car tuned for your heads/cam/nitrous first george. not to come off like a dick but I have a feeling that you have spent enough money lately to have had your car tuned by now, I wouldnt even drive it anymore before tuning if i were you.
If youre going to spray it anyway, race gas wouldnt hurt, although not knowing what your AF ratio is will make it risky as hell anyway. I'd rather replace o2's then your bottom end

WAIT! this car had that much work done to it and its never been tuned???? Hope this guy has LOTS of money if he's bringing it to the track without having a tune done. For all you know your A/F is like 18:1 (which can and does happen after changing internal components)....I would SERIOUSLY suggest not going to the track until you had the car tuned. Putting race gas in wont do a thing for you.
I tell everyone the same thing, PATIENCE! if you cant afford to do it the right way now, save your money and then get it done. why risk blowing your motor???
