You might have to give them a call and see what they recommend since the drykit is not deisgn to spray above a 125rwhp. YOu might get lucky and get gains from the larger shot, but with my friends dry kit the selenoids would not flow above a 125 shot. Since it was a ls1 it didnt need the "fuel" jet since regulator is in gas tank.
I think he only gained like 4 hp from 125 to 150 shot.

The ZEX dry kit DOES have a "fuel" jet. The line that its on gets trapped in to the regulator. Most people that have a LS1 dont use this line since the regulator is in tank, but to the lt1 you do use it. I beleive its part of thier fuel enrichment feature.
So doing research before posting is a good thing....

The nitrous oxide
that is distributed to the fuel control circuit passes through a small bleed orifice. This bleed
orifice provides a reference source of bottle pressure and a controllable source of pressure to
perform the needed function of fuel enrichment. Fuel enrichment occurs by conveying this
source of pressure through a delivery hose to the vacuum port on the fuel pressure regulator. This
source of pressure on the rubber diaphragm of the fuel pressure regulator causes an increase in
fuel pressure. This increase in fuel pressure performs the function of adding fuel volume through
the engine's own injectors. The amount of additional fuel that is added can be changed by an
adjustable metering jet in the fuel control circuit. This jet accomplishes the task by controlling
the amount of pressure allowed to build in the delivery hose to the fuel pressure regulator. The
jet bleeds off excess pressure in the fuel control circuit and vents it through a delivery tube, back
to the intake manifold plenum.

haha the kit is like the old nos dry kits it has a regulator that sends a small amount of spray to the regulator that dead heads the regulator just like on a boosted car..i had one on a 5liter mustang one of the hardest hitting kits ive had...now the zex i have no clue..id just sell the zex box and by an nos regulator and 2 powershot noids...jmo

nope...the ZEX solenoid will outflow the small NOS ones....the issue with going larger with the LT1 Dry kits is not a nitrous hardware issue as much as it is an issue with running the injectors at extreme fuel pressures.
If the O.P. wants to go bigger...go with a wet kit and have fun

what???? so your saying the lt1 cant be tuned????if he uses 2 powershot noids 2 lines 2 nossles the nos regulator and the svo 30#s it wont make anymore power than what he has???lol....AS STATED ABOVE THE ZEX BOW WILL ONLY FLOW A 125 FLYWHEEL SHOT...hell he could even do away with the regulator im almost certain the hsw interface will work on lt1 cars.....

the nos kit on my cobra works basicly the same way...it has a volt booster that taps into the pressure sensor on the fuel rails that maxes out the fuel pumps voltage ...increasing pressure....this kit with a 125 pill picks up 140rwhp...never seen a zex kit do that.....this kit uses 1 powershot noid...im almost certain there rated to 175 flywheel.....

The NOS super powershot solenoids that come in the 5.0 and LT1 dry kits will max flow 150 HP (.062 orifice).....the solenoids inside the ZEX NMU will max flow 200 hp. (.078 orifice)
The NOS kit uses 2 solenoids in-line but this does not increase the max flow rate. The reason NOS uses 2 solenoids is the first one opens and allows for the increase in fuel pressure before the second one opens.
Zex does not give out 150 HP jetting for that kit due to the danger of blowing up the car. It would be up to the end user to decide if they want to take the risk and undergo the tuning themselves.
