Take your time and make sure the nozzles are all threaded into the holes the same amount. Don't rely on counting threads either because they can vary a little.

I used teflon paste on my nozzles but I have heard of people using loctite.

How do you plan on setting it up so that all of the holes are drilled at the exact same angle?

I wanted to do the same to mine, in case I add it later. I was going to use Teflon tape and plugs to cap the ports, so that way if I add it later, I just simply have to remove the caps and screw in the fittings.

I was wondering about the angle as well. I guess you could set up a jig and do it on a drill press.

That's what I did on mine (jig & drill press) Just make sure that nothing gets moved around in the process.

I wouldn't drill any holes in my intake until I had a kit ready to install. There are alot of different kits out there and they are all made different.

BTW make sure you use a pipe thread tap and NOT a regular straight thread tap. The threads on the nozzles are tapered....

I have the tap already, it is the same one the previous guy used

I was planning on just using a hand drill and following the same angle the jets sit right now

Kind of off set the piece a little and just drill the hole

I am kind of scared to do this on my own, as I just paid $1400 for this intake from Vengence

Send it to me along with a check for a couple hundred $$$ and you won't have to worry about it.

I would NOT use a hand held drill on it. It would be near impossible to get all the holes the same and you really need for them to be exact. If you are not comfortable doing it then you should send it to someone that has experience installing them. It would be a bad deal if you messed up a FAST 90 intake and/or your N20 kit.

Any of our sponsors could do it for you and they can flow it to make sure you are getting proper and equal distribution.
