MY FJO/ZEX 908 window switch went out.....
I thought these things were bullet proof........everything worked great and one day it just stopped.
I couldn't figure it out for the life of me but when I disconnected the window switch it worked fine.
I tried setting the rpms to 000 on activation and hit the wot switch with the car off and running and nothing. (tach signal was dead on)
Anyone have any ideas.......maybe fjo will give me credit towards a new mini progressive controller........

Steve,
Try setting the activation at 1500 or more when testing.
Double check all your connections and make sure you did not have a wire connection work loose. If you have a fuse in the system check it.
Then if all else fails call ZEX tech to send in to be checked and warrentied.
How long ago did you buy it?
being it is an electrical component there is always a chance of it going bad. Its possible it did.

sorry for all the questions but I am trying to figure out which brand WS you have.
if you bought it new, it should have have had some documentation that came with it....(instructions)....do you have anything that shows a brand name. The unit will have to be sent back to the "manufacturer" for warranty work.
If you don't have any documentation for it you might be able to contact the place you got it from and they could tell you where they got it.

I got nothing and the place I bought it from is no longer in business.

this made me think it was not the ZEX...therefore all the questions...the ZEX is a single channel
This is a ZEX unit...contact ZEX and they will get it handled for you
1-888-817-1008
not the programming screens
what does it show when you first turn on the box? Should be 0.0.0
then when you give enough throttle to get above the activation point...needs to be set above 1000 RPM Should be 0.1.0
then when you are at wot....can be tested with the engine off, but key on. Should be 1.0.0
