you are seeing a rebuilt turbo 400 with zero miles, buick model BA, it came in 67-69 buick 400 v-8 gs400 and 1970 gs455, this transmission will hold 800 hp, it have a performance pan that hold 2 extra quarts of fluid,, i also installed a new vacuum modulator that is adjustable, it also has a transgo shift kit , so it will shift the way a th400 was ment to shift,i installed the alto high perf clutches and stuffed 2 more into the diect drum,i have blue printed the case and removed and burrs/ bad casting marks and set all clearances to min side of specs to help reduce shock load and impact.i also replaced all external bolts with grade 8 bolts. this is a short tail th400. ready to make someone very happy weather for cruising, towing or my favorite RACING.some casting number on this trans are date code 10-67-26, tail shaft 8624486, pump 8626-89529, pan rail 48b122479, speedo case36,37,38,39 , and metal plate B 68a380 A below that serial number ba-68-6822. any questions please ask i will respond in a timely manner
