They allow you to run a bigger tire on a 67-68 camaro... You can clean a wider tire than 10.5 and way bigger and also run a taller tire while keeping a stock look! They are made of fiberglass.

They are made to be riveted under the stock wheel well (the lip) or are they designed to have the entire fender wheel well cut out and replaced? I just did a mini tub and with the offset of the wheels i have my tires are sticking a little out of the quarter pannels, this is deisgned to correct that right? Give a slight 'bulge' to the quarter pannels?

you have to cut the section out of the old quarter panel then fiberglass or mud the quarter panel in... These will give plenty clearance for your mini tube and look clean if done right.

hmm i'll get back to you later this week I'm trying to find more info on them. I'm trying to extend my wheel well outward (making car wider) not so much as the wheel well larger in diameter.

It does my the wheel well wider, the rear of the car wider!!! So you can run a wider tire! It does really increase the diameter of the wheel opening... These are definetly what you are looking for...
