94-12 were pretty horrible years for the mustang gt, mainly the pathetic motors ford kept sticking in them, the new coyote motor is a good one tho. there arent many cars that cant beat a 94-12 gt, i wouldnt have admitted that this time last year but its the truth..

sssteven, nice fox notch man! im jelly! i want to pick one up for my daily as well so i can still have my stang on the side, the foxes are the only post 60's stang i would buy right now besides the newer gt's with the 5.0.

Haha, I have on of those. It's the 4.3 blazer. Hoping it lasts a while since the motor just purrs and it now has 92k on it. Will see about picking a dert cheap gas saver in a bit.

Nice score Steven. I wouldn't mind having a notch back again.

I've heard a bit of this and that on the subject,,,,,From a bang for the buck I'm wondering how a ported LS6 intake would compare to a fast 92. I'm trying to build on the cheap. I'm even going with 243s or 799s. I don't need AFRs.

There is no comparison. Save your money. Porting a LS6 manifold is a waste of time.

I thought maybe so. However, I've yet to get my LS MBA on these cars. It'd sure be nice to score some LS 3 heads though. Those fast intakes aren't cheap!! Anyone know a good ball park figure on a used fast? I know new they're like 800 bucks.

I picked up my FAST 92 from a local guy for $475. To be honest though, you are only bolt-on and you really won't benefit from a FAST intake until you cam it or do a H/C combo. At most you would see maybe a 8-10rwh gain with one. Maybe even less since yours is a A4. Focus on gears, 3600-4000 stall and full bolt-ons and a cam before you start thinking about a FAST intake.

I know the fast wont help without heads and cam. I'm just thinking ahead and doing it right. Gears are done. Springs, exhaust waiting to go in, minus a catback. Gonna have Charlie PP my TB soon, then hopefully heads cam next year with the 3600. Gee whiz, then all the little stuff like safety loop, rods, lifters, timing set, under drive pulley. With any luck I'll find a sweet job soon

For the money you would spend on a FAST set up it would put you in the 1,000$-1,300$ range. Cause you really want a matching combo.. So for that much you are only about 400$ away from a head and cam pkg from TSP.. So pick one now and do the other later.. I would lean towards the cam and heads cause that will give you a better HP out come then the FAST.

I've been searching for a pic of a turn signal relay for the berd. No luck yet. I know it's far fetched, but a closed mouth doesn't get fed right?! Lol. Getting a bit irritated trying to find the relay.

That thing took forever to find when I had to replace it!

Should be a regular flasher (little round or cube thing with two prongs on it). The turn signal one is to the right of the gas pedal near the radio. Just remove the panel below the steering column and poke around you'll find it. It is attahed to the dash with a little clip and its not in a fuse box or anything. The 4 way is off to the left of the column. I may have them reversed, I replaced both at the same time.

. Yeah, I found it the other day. It's kind of like a disk. It's hidden, but the red connector to it is the giveaway.

My Ford Escort would blow up. I will have to resort to the lifted Jeep. Phil, Jeep versus Jeep!
