And a few of my Jeep, it is a 1985 CJ7, it has been a project with my Dad and I. It is powered by a GMPP Crate 350, 330hp. It has a th350 with a 2400-2600 stall. It is running a Dana 300 transfer case. We have done pretty much all of the work on it, and it has been a lot of fun.
It is nicknamed Welldone, due to an engine fire that it had before we got it. We got it with the inline 6 that had started on fire; we then got it running for a while and it was my first car, I drove it around stock for a while before lifting it. We then did the motor swap and built the full cage before we did the body work and paint.

LOL, the mustang is my neighbor, we go cruising occasionally. He had it at the track this last Sat when I was there, ran very very very consistant 14.2s. I dont think the entire night we was more than 0.1 off the time he was running. (At least while I was there I had to leave a little early.) But he was saying he could not get any traction with the street tires only cutting 2.2s 60 foot. It is a 2000 with headers and flowmasters welded to the stock catback.

Looks like I'm late to the party lol.... Don't know how I missed this thread.
Nice looking car man, and I like the Jeep too. You're probably way too young to remember little toys called Stompers, but that CJ totally reminds me of a Stomper I had when I was a kid. I'm showing my age lol....
Here's a link to a "vintage" Stomper lol.... They're a little bigger than a Hot Wheel or Matchbox car, run on a single AA battery, and 4WD.

Well thanks man, actually its funny you talk about the stompers, I used to love those when I was little. They were my dads toys when I was little my grandma had kept them so I know exactly what you are talking about. They had that one you area talking about and a few trucks.
The Jeep project has been lots of fun, been a great way to learn a lot of different skills since we have done all the work. I still need to do the gear swap, 2.73 with a 33" tire is not the best for performance. When I took it to woodburn last year it didnt even get out of 2nd gear; actually only made it to like 4300 or something in 2nd; and swapping from the 31 to 33 you can tell a big difference in power.

Got my UMI 3 point SFC and put them on the other day. I ended up going through Speed Inc and they were great to work with! As for the SFC excellent quality, fit and finish it was excellent. I will try to get some pictures up in the next couple days, overall very happy with the SFC. I can deff tell that they stiffened up the car, esp in cornering and when on the brakes.
