Default Which muffler for LT's/Catted Y w/LM1??

I have pacesetter longtubes and TSP catted-y with loudmouth 1. It's too damn loud. I didn't think I would say that but after having the setup for 6 months, it is too loud. Main thing is it's loud when you don't want it to be. Sounds great at idle and little revs, but like if I'm downtown getting on it I'm sure any cop within a 3 block radius literally will be like WTF.

Sooo should I get LM2, borla xr-1 or magnaflow??? I've poured over you-tube videos but it's too hard to tell on them what I want.

WHAT SHOULD I GET?? Can't make up my mind to save my life.

I've always liked the sound of the Magnaflow and also the SLP Dual/Dual. Absolutely LOVE the sound of the SLP 2OTL, but most people don't like having two tips on the left side only.

Mike you mean there's a different muffler for the dual/dual or just the tips make it sound different because they aren't as wide?

And does the magnaflow still sound good at idle?

What about just switching to a LM2 muffler instead of the resonator?

Nice, I like that color.

Is that LM1 you got or the magnaflow catback?

What muffler do each of you run? I don't think I want to change the catback just swap a muffler in

I think magnaflow sounds good its somewhat mellow at idle and cruise but sounds great at higher rpm. I agree with mike that the dual dual also sounds good. Both are a more clean crisp sound rather than rasp loud of the lm1

Tmoney, ******* bingo. That's the sound I want!!!

Slayer sounds good too man just a little louder than I want right now.

Tmoney what is your exact setup.....ory or catted? and just the lm2 bullet instead of the resonator or 2 lm2's after the exhaust splits??

That was about the best burnout I've watched too man ALL the way through second!

Yeah I couldn't ask for better. and thanks on the burnout! I aim to please lol....

My set up is LT's, no cats, 3" x pipe going into two 2-1/2 LM2's..

I'm stuck on these things and probably won't buy anything else.

Yeah was badass man.

And hmmm...I have a catback so should I swap out the resonator, or have 2 lm2's after the axel?

Maybe I'll start by swapping out the resonator and see where that puts me.

Thanks for the vids

Haha yeah, I think that may defeat the point of getting it quieter though. But I'll start with just swapping the resonator and go from there
