Default goat is broken

damn 74 beetle tried to mount her in tacoma traffic
ended up crushing the exhaust and rear bumper,
I think that's it

hopefully they can get the parts quick and I will have her back soon.
I have a lincoln towncar now

the stock mufflers cost almost $600 each and the mid pipe (from cat to muffler) is about $600 too

looks like I will be getting the SLP or Borla exhaust.

Did it look anything like this?

Unfortunately it wasn't totalled, so I had to go through the trouble of fixing it and finding a dealership to take it in on trade.

Sounds like yours faired better than mine though.

no way,

nothing like that,
just scuffs on the bumper cover,
and the exhaust folded up under the car.

wasn't hit nearly that hard,
or that high

A brand new BMW 5-series, still had temp tags on it. I wasn't in the car; it was parked. He was drunk and missed a turn and drove over a curb and hit my car and 2 other cars. I came out OK; I had to fight for a decent diminishment of value settlement, but finally got close to what I wanted.

WOW! Well, I am glad that you weren't hurt just the baby, but in my book that's just as bad. My cars are very sentimental to me, so as I said earlier I would of died... I hope he went to jail for DUI. He probably didn't even realize what he had done. I have absolutely NO SYMPATHY for drunk drivers. I work at a rather large PI firm and see our clients go through HELL with the insurance companies. I am glad everything worked out for you.

Sadly enough it was probably her first car... My first car was a 62 Bonneville so it would of definitely done some SERIOUS damage. Good luck in getting your goat repaired.

Default Ouch!

As you prob'ly guessed, I can empathize w/your pain.
From what I had to go through, I would say that you'll probably going to have to wait a week for the parts to come from somewhere back east. At least that's what they did to me-3 different times as they kept finding more damage. Sorry for your loss.
Wish you the best of luck. Hope She's back on the road soon.
