Do any of you guys meet up in the portland area at all? For BS'ing or anything like that?

Lots of people in the car scene hang out at the starbucks in beaverton. Right off of 217 TV highway. Usualy 10pm-12pm friday-saturday nights concluding the weather is ice.

Or Lower RR mid day saturday-sunday. But that's mostly just bike guys.

you should hit up one of the evening meets they have in beaverton. Lots of mustang guys to whip on who usually attend.

The only car scene I know about in this area other than inprompto ricer conventions is on Fridays at Thriftway on Farmington and I believe 185th. It is a very casual affair but if it is nice there will be 50+ cars there from AC cobras, 30's hot rods, KB Cobras, viper, vettes and a few birds and camaro's.

My car is in pieces right now and my wife is having a baby tomorrow (c-section) so I'm a little out of it right now.

Mickey is a V dub in the house guy, but if his camaro ever runs again it will be an LS1, he has given up on the LT1

That Starbucks your talking about is a cop hang out too, they have there own freaking parking spaces there, be careful the Beaverton PO PO is no joke.

He did? Thought he was still trying to bang out the LT1. Oh well there still are a few up here that aren't on jack stands. He did say it would be next year before it would be running.

We noticed that one week we were down there. Pulled into what looked like an open space, pretty dumbfounded it was for police only. Just don't migrate that up here!

Who else is missing this season from the Portland area?

i've been to the starbucks in beaverton a few times.. (for the mustang meets)
they don't mind me being a GTO guy

i'm down to meet up whenever you or whoever wants to set up a gathering

i've had lunch with bobby(93TAWicked1) and tjwong before
met up with D-GTO at the track quite a few times

just let me know when/where, and i'll probably be able to make it

Sweet I'll make a post next time i head out. If the weather is good we should hit L River Road. Hopefully there will be a few cars out there. I'll try to get a group going.

My car is down too. I use to go to lower river road quite a bit on my bike where as I know some of them, but that too is down. And yes Mikey is going LS1 since I now own his LT1 as soon as I remove it from between the fenders. Maybe Mikey and I can kick each other in the a$$ since we will be working with each other after July 1.

True DAT,,, lol.. I'm still around, but I've been unpimpin' Zee auto lol.... Not much left I want to do with the V-Dub (the new daily driver) so hopefully I'll get some motivation on my 'other' black car pretty soon. Unless of course I start modding the black bike lol... ?? Decisions decisions........
