Default Legal to have nitrous in Wa?

Like the title say's.
If you have nitrous in your car here in washington does the bottle have to be disconnected?

Yes, disconnected but it can all be there.

There is nothing in the RCWs preventing you from having, openning, or using nitrous in your car.

I think we have this discussion about every 2-3 months or so. The search feature on this site still works. You can also search the RCWs online. I don't remember the website but you can google them.

Some states are making it a felony to have nitrous hooked up and operatable, You can have line disconnected though.
