New Year's Day GTG Invitation Hi all, we've been putting together a New Year's Day get together over at LS1GTO.com and have decided to invite the LS1tech.com crowd to join us for the fun.

We're still putting details together, but we're thinking of having two initial meeting points(one North, one South) and then those two groups would caravan their way to a common meeting point in the Tacoma/Auburn area. Interested parties are coming from nearly the Canadian Border and Portland areas.
Anyone who wants to join us, post up. Once final meeting points/times are agreed on I'll post the details.

Ok, the plan is to meet up at 12 noon, 1/1/07 at the Performance Grill in Auburn. We'll do the usual meet/greet/chat/BS/eat/watch some football, then when people are ready those who want will head over to the Auburn 17 and catch a movie.
Sound off if you're interested so we have an idea who to look for. Anyone wishing to caravan from north/south post up over in the ls1gto thread to arrange your place/time.

We had an enjoyable time today. 13 cars showed; 8 GTO, 2 350Z, 1 G35x(Jonathan), 1 Trans Am(Shawn) and 1 Saab 900 Turbo(Jason). 5 of us ended up going to the movies afterwards. Not bad for a January gtg. There was a LOT of interest expressed in a more serious cruise when the weather is good.
