Default Hey Oregon boys......need some "collection" help

Some **** stick in Tualatin OR somehow got ahold of my business credit card info then charged $2,427.06 on it. I saw the charge on the card and disputed it immediately. I called the co. that the order was made through and got all the information of the guy that ordered it and where it was shipped to. The order was placed by

David Bobby
GSC Worldwide
18755 SW 90th AVE
Tualatin, OR
97062
325-204-4674

The crap he ordered was shipped to:

Kimble Christian
3031 S. Rita Way
Santa Ana, CA
92704
714-675-1166

More than likely the names are bogus and the phone #'s are suspect as to thier accuracy.

However, anyone in the P-Town area that would care to take a little drive to the Tualatin address and get back to me on whether or not its residential or commercial and do a little general "snooping and pooping" it would be greatly appreciated. I mapquested the address and its real close to a country club. So I am guessing its a residency. Maybe even a knock on the door and asking for "David Bobby". Any funds that might be "collected" will gladly be split.

I will also be posting this in the Cali section because I KNOW the items were delivered to a residence.

I looked it up on www.live.com and got the birds eye view. It looks like an apartment complex.

How can someone with a totally different name, address etc. order things with your credit card??

Really good chance the names are bogus then. I'll give the apt. complex a call and see if they have a david bobby residing there. Chances are they wont give up the info anyways.

I am going to see what the cali boys can do for us. Since we know thats a residential address.

Apparently when the lady ran the credit card nothing came back saying that there was a problem. She was a little shocked when I gave her the real billing address.

I know when we take a credit card at work we need a billing address and it will tell us if the address is wrong or not. I know not all card companies do that but it is a nice security feature for all parties concerned.

I would be ripping that credit card company a new one since ALL of mine require any shipping address to be listed on file or it is automatically declined.

FYI, Santa Ana is a hole........lotta losers and thieves there.

I believe that particular complex is section 8 (w/e fixed income based housing it called). Sad to hear this--be sure to hook up your credit card co. with this info. Maybe they will go after the guy?

BTW you talked about money being collected? Your card didn't hold you liable right?

About 1.5 years ago I had about 60k worth of inventory stolen from this very area. Thieves are pieces of ****.. working men work hard to earn what they have and BAM, **** gets stolen from some wise *** who feels the world owes him. **** that

Damn Boyce, that sucks. I hope the credit card company is not holding you responsible, especially since the correct address was not verified.

What was ordered? Is there anything to gain by going to the address? Do you have an apt #. I'll go take a look, but what am I looking for.

The stuff that was ordered were 2, GE solar panels and some seriously expensive rechargable batteries. The cali boys have already done a drive by on the place that recieved the stuff and got me some plate #'s, house pictures etc. They are being quite helpful.

Look in Or., will be nothing more than a waste of time.

My opinion is let it go Boyce. I know it pisses you off, but the CC comp should have to eat the costs. Why risk jail over a worthless ****-stick when it didn't cost you anything?

I just had a guy wanting to purchase 3,500.00 from my online store with the same names, using a Master Card

David Bobby
1135 W. University Dr.
Rochester, MI 48307
United States
3252044674

and ship to:

Robert Landers
246 15th Ave
San Francisco, CA 94118
United States
7146751167

I thought it wasn't right so I put the 325-204-4674 number in Google search and came to this message board, and what do you know same info posted.

I thought this order wasn't right, so I will not do anything with it, but sure wish there was a way to get this person doing this..

anyone have any questions please contact me at ken@asesupply.com

My credit card company calls me all the time when I am buying parts for my car (You spend alot of money building the world's fastest rustang ). I am really glad that they verify my extravagant purchases.

Good luck with your problem.

Seeing the above post with same type info and different states, I assume he doesn't live at any of those adresses. Plus his phone # area code is listed as Texas. Might be selling items online with stolen cards through ebay etc and having them shipped to real paying customers.
