How hard is replacing PS door?
My door was backed into by a Silverado (don't ask about the insurance, long story) so basically I'm stuck to fix this myself. Too cheap to pony up the cash to have the shop fix the door, the fiberglass is splitting and whatnot.
I found a perfect condition red door locally at a salvage yard and I was wondering how hard it would be for me to take off my old door and attach the new one? How likely would it be to sag? I'm sure the wiring is difficult, but that aside, how hard/long would you say the process is for a person whose never done it before? Btw I'll likely be replacing the fender in front of it as well so that won't get in my way too bad if need be

Thank you! So it's a fairly straightforward thing I'm guessing? Id just hate to do this and not be able to get the new door on or have it sag and not close. Everything *Should* line up and fit perfectly? Ill probably be replacing the fender and bumper as well. The car is my only ride right now and I'd like to be able to finish this in a day, two MAX. Think that's reasonable?

should be fine in one day if youre all thumbs
take lots of pics of fasteners and mark the baggies
where they came out of.
Most likely will break some plastic push pin retainers
so have a few new ones on hand.
