for those who have problems getting it off because you sprayed a light coat.. goo gone takes it right off.

I did the inside barrel of my winter wheels.. may try to strip the faces polish them up some then spray the dupli-color shadow on it to see how much it will look like black chrome. The wheels are just factory 97 to 00 16" camaro wheels.

i cant get a nice line the paint wants to come off with the tape did like 3 coats

You have to peel the tape off right after spraying last coat, while it's still wet.

dont u have 2 let it dry a little each coat i tryd taken tape off right after the last coat was still weet but its the 1st and 2nd coat that gets it and each coat i only let it dry like 2 to 3 min

For plasti dip, I think it's best to lay the first layer to be as wet as possible without running. Then light coats afterwards.

I did my stock snowflake wheels but I was rushed and it still looks okay IMO.

I bought it for about $5 a can at homedepot and it took me 2 cans.

I think there should be a general rule on having black cars that are not lowered. If your car isnt lowered then dont paint your wheels black. Im no opinion it never looks good, from f bodys to my buds c6.

Has anyone ever sprayed it on the windows, I was thinking of getting some to use to "black out" my T-tops for the upcoming summer months?

Also has anyone tried laying a coat or 3 over the rubber window seals to see if that would thicken up the seals enough to stop the ones with small leaks?
