Default calling all body work gurus, can this lt1 TA front bumper be saved?

after looking for a reasonable price for one I found this bargain at a local junkyard for mere 30 bucks lmao but is has some heavy damage on one side. it looks that the previous owner put bondo on it. I like to do things my self. can it be fix and what materials do I need for.

Looks to me like she could be fixed, but I would definitely start by stripping the hell out of it with some paint stripper, then getting some real good 3M Epoxy to fix your minor tears. And some really good 2k Primer after you've got her all prepped.

You have to account for paint anyway so that's not a factor. Just order one from Joe Van O

Sand it down ALL THE WAY to the Plastic EVENLY to remove spider cracks, TRUST me, if you don't do it evenly, it will show in the final product!!!

So just don't sand the hell out an area where the cracks are, do the ENTIRE bumper.

I bought a GM one in perfect condition off craigslist for $75. Im sure you can find a nicer one thats less work for a little more money.
