Default Anyone ever done a Chameleon Paint Job?

Hi everyone,

I've been a little curious of Chameleon paint jobs on our cars.
Now nothing horrible looking like colors you'd see at a Rave or Mardi Gras, but something that actually looks pretty good.

Something like, Red/Orange or Silver/Black, etc.

Just me randomly thinking again

I've not personally shot one, but I've seen ones in my brother's shop being done. Expect to spend a LOT of $$ to get it done. The paint alone is about $600/pint! (Last prices I saw were about $4000/gallon)

That's the paint your talking about using.

I've seen a few cars painted with it; in fact I think 2 years of Mustangs, it was a factory offered color option. (Purple/Green)

If you get on YouTube and search "Transmaro boys" you should be able to find one painted in that color.

Very expensive paint jobs. lol I used to think paying $3K is expensive for a clean full paint job.

Theres one. A guy I used to work with had one. It was the same paint as the car on the video. Looked good in person in the sun. I was never a fan of those kind of paint jobs but his made them grow on me.

I would kill to have my WS6 painted in the mystichrome scheme. Such a unique look, and very uncommon. I would imagine the level of bodywork to make such a color look proper would be off the charts.

I'd be tempted to get a quote, but I just had my WS6 re-painted.

The only color changing paint job I like is the 1 that changes only orange green and red! Not too much of a fan of the purple or green
