Default Front Fenders Out Of Line

Just picked up my SS, and knew the front fenders were sticking out at the bottom.

Any suggestions on realigning them?

Here's the pics.

This is REALLY common with our cars. At some point someone has jacked your car up in the wrong spot and bent the tab that holds the bottom of the fender straight. It you look under the car you'll see what Im talking about. Take a hammer and beat it back.

use a 2x4 and put it right on that lip under the fender, then use a sledgehammer and give the 2x4 a few whacks and it will be all straight again.

I was told that you SHOULD unbolt the two bolts than proceed to hammer back the fender tab down.

OP- have you make the fix yet??
