Is it a suction style puller?

If so, it really depends on the size/shape of the dent and the car.

Sometimes it works flawlessly others it doesn't do ****.

haha, the dent is in the only sheet metal fender on that car, lol. the rear drivers side qtr panel. it is the kind that uses hot glue, and the applicator tip is less than half in diameter. I can see that this product would work on larger dents, or in different locations, but for my door dings it didnt work. plus i dont really feel comfortable putting hot glue on my car...

Take it to a local person who does the paintless dent stuff professionally. He charged me $50 to get 2 dings taken out of my fender.

I really had great success with it. Pulled about 8 typical dents, average 1" circle or oblong, even pulled most of a 3"crease out, just a fine line left. I was pretty darn happy!

Just followed the instructions for the pull pattern to match the dent...was your temperature and all OK? What went wrong? You have to repeat and repeat it until the dent is out, could be 5 pulls or 25 pulls. Just take your time is all.

I ran out of sticks and still have more dents though. They don't sell the sticks seperatly so I will experiment with high and low temp sticks from home depot on some hidden area first.

I'd say get back out there and try again on a warm day.
