The stripes themselves and the glue left on after words?
Also. One of the corners is bent/cracked. Do you know a range of how much it "might" cost to fix. its all the way on a corner and about 1 in long. I noticed a spot by the back of the spoiler itself too, but its smaller.

I used Goof Off to remove the glue left from my dealer decal on my 94Z recently. It had been there since I bought the car new in '94. It removed the glue just fine, but left a very fine haze on the clearcoat. A few seconds with the Porter-Cable DA and some fine buffing compound, and the haze was completely gone.
3M also makes an adhesive remover, but Lowe's didn't have it, and I've used Goof Off before on 'stuff'.

try using a solvent prep...or a wax and grease remover. pour some on to a rag and let the rag sit on the adhesive area for a while. check to see if you can scrape some off with your finger. If that don't work, try thinner. probably will require buffing after tho...but try on a small area first...hope that may help.
