Default dented quarter, cracked asnd scratched paint, lol

Well, this damage was already on the quarter when i got the car, but it was cheap so i took it anyway. Also, its really not all that noticable in real life but I changed the contrast in the picture so the full extent of the damage is more visible. I was just wondering what my options were.

You could pick up a new fender for pretty cheap, just get a red one and put that sucker on. It will be cheaper than repainting/repairing that one.

ya know i have a little ding in my passenger side rear qarter also. I never noticed it until one day i was changing the brake pads and i had her on a lift. IT REEEEEEEEEALLY bothers me knowing that its there but i am not going to cut the sucker out and put a new one on because of it. So if anyone knows of anything we can do please let us know. Ill have my wife take pics of it next time shes out there. They probably wont show up though. Im getting an SLR cam. Ive had it with these crappy home cameras.

You could get that fixed for less than $500 including paint. The cracking is from a previous repair done poorly. To replace that quarter panel would be upwards of $1000

Dont replace, have it straightened. It shouldnt be that bad unless the previous repair work is a real mess, but you never know until you strike a grinder to it.

if you want it done right you need to have it replaced, when my bro-in law backed into my t/a it cost 900 to fix the quarterpanel. Otherwise you can pay like the guys said, around 300-500 to get it fixed. I would pay to have it done right though.

FWIW my rear quarter was crunched in really f'in badly. It needed a shitload of work and after it was said and done I paid 800$ out the door.

The thing that bugs me is all that cracking. Lots like it took a lot of filler the last time. Previous damage?

Maybe it is fixable.

Ok, ill look into that too, and also, if there was any previous repairs done, they did a really good job on matching the paint color, so i dont know about that.
