i like it alot, i like the clean look more than anything.
if i was gonna redo my paint, i'd def. remove all the badges off my firebird. along with the lettering on the back bumper, and the side moldings.
i already have the side moldings removed.
oh, and what did you use to get your side moldings off?

A heat gun and some warm weather will remove them. An adhesive remover for the extra glue left behind. Then a good claybaring and/or buff should help with the paint discoloration.
Its like removing a very long decal or badge from the vehicle. Just take good care when doing it and it should come off without an issue. However if someone clear coated overtop of the moldings while on the car you could run into an issue there. There are a few posts about removing moldings here and on a few of the v6 sites for badge removal. There was quite a detailed one on grandamgt I believe.

Looks nice! I did the same to mine (LT1 bodystyle) with the smoothed rear panel, but I also blacked out my lights and added 69 Z28 emblems on the fenders and one right in the middle of the rear panel. Really set my car off.

Looks good. A few things I would change would be dark tint (as dark as you can get it without too much hassle), different tips (possible dumps if you dont mind the sound), headlight mod you mentioned, SS spoiler, and maybe black out the tails. I like the sleeper look on it.
