I'm debadging my WS6. I tried to use dental floss, but it wasnt nearly strong enough. The adheasive it tough! Maybe a heat gun, and some fishing line? Thanks for any responces!

I just grabbed it with some needlenose on the corner and tugged and it came right up. Maybe my adhesive was crappy though.

I wouldn't recommend using a heat gun, just use some fishing line and some adhesive remover after you get it off of there. You might want to wrap the fishing line around something to hold if it's being real stubborn.

+1. Do a sawing motion pulling the fishing line towards you so you won’t scratch up the car. Once the badge is off put a lot of adhesive remover ,let it seat and then use you fingers to remove the glue/ tape. P.S. take your time

+1 on the fishing line, make sure you get some strong line so it won't break and wear gloves or you'll cut your hands up like I did, Lol.

buy an eraser stick it on a drill or die grinder low rpms takes any glue or pinstripe right off

I used a hair dryer and dental floss to get my door emblems off when I changed them silver. Sounds corny, but it worked perfect.

I removed mine on a hot day. I let some tar removal stuff soak into the backing then followed up with fishing line. I heard waxed dental floss isn't too bad either.

eraser wheel will eat you bumper, use a clean bondo spreader. or a piece of nylon strap that holds boxes together. any body shop will have some in the trash. much better than fishing string. or dentail floss lol

+1 This worked very well for me on my Grand Prix, although a couple of them pulled off quite easily. Hair dryer isn't as harsh as a heat gun and waxed floss left no marks whatsoever. I then soaked any of the remaining adhesive with some aerosol bug and tar remover and was able to "roll" the rest of the adh. off with my thumb.

the only thing ive ever used to get emblems of is a 4in wide paint scraper. if your very very carful itll cut right through the double sided tape without scratching the paint. if your scared to try it ive seen a few guys at the shop use welding wire.
