Not trying to knock you but those are WAY cheaper these days. I have been looking for one and came in here until I saw your price. Just trying to help with the sell because no one is going to pay $1000 for a hood they still have to paint.

I have seen OEM WS6 hoods for 98-02 WS6's go for $900...

It is damn near impossible to locate a true OEM WS6 LT1 hood.

Thats cool but even Scoggin Dickey was selling brand new GM LT1 WS6 hoods a while back for cheaper than $1000...$250 plus shipping to be exact. Anyway good luck with your sale.

The only problem is that there are soo many copys of the hood that 99% of the people out there are willing to buy them instead. The only person willing to buy an OEM hood is restoring one... And as of yet no ones really doing that to LT1's

TTT for a rare OEM...yes OEM WS6 LT1 hood. Not some fiberglass warping bad fitting hood....this is a solid perfect fitting OEM hood

I don't know if he had a ram air box. Those hoods are definately getting hard to find though. I must have stolen mine for what i paid though, lol.

Correct I did not have a ram air box to go with it. I still have the hood sitting in the garage.

I am probably going to hold onto it for my own TA since it is an OEM hood and fits very well.

If the right offer comes I would be maybe willing to part with it.
