SOLD plus actual freight to you. ( from Green Bay in the Darton box).
Anxious to answer questions and provide more documentation,

It is recommended up to 4.190 bore but is an easy 441ci as a "square" 4.125 bore X 4.125 stroke. Has longer, thicker, stronger sleeves than stock LS7 so more bore, more stroke, is doable and FI is safe up to a point.

I'm interested. I wanted to step up to 454 ci...
What is the max stroke without risking pulling a skirt out of the bore?
What is the max bore size?
What type of power does Darton rate an LS7 with these skirts at?
Does the block require any more machining than bore/hone to fit pistons?
What is it's current deck height?

The block needs only a final hone to your bore choice. You should be able to get to 441 or 454 with just stroke or a mix of stroke and bore.
I run a stroke only forged Callies/Mahle 441 with off the shelf parts.
600rw mild is easy, street-able and quite a handful with huge available torque.
The deck height is stock minus a minimal decking of the sleeves taken by Darton.
