12/99 that sound right? i guess it will need to be re certified if you guys take it to a shop that actually checks it. i think its like $30 is what ive been reading via google.

Yeah, unfortunately I haven't had luck getting them recerted. The last place I tried "lost" my bottle in shipping and there isn't anywhere that i've found local.
