ok heres the deal. I just got an STS kit 100 percent complete.i havent recieved it in the mail yet, but i have it. Its mine. and i need it gone asap. I have to come up with an extra 2000 to stay in college, so if someone can magicly get the 2000 in my bank account by friday at noon i will give you a whole kit. before you think im crazy heres what your getting. then youll know how desprite i am to sell. please no lowballs im taking a huge loss now. i cant afford less then this. heres what you get, and like i said i havent layed eyes on it and dont know much about sts kits but heres what he told me i got. im not listing everything im sure. the guy is sending me everything it takes to make your truck turbo and then some. you will not have to purchace anything extra to make this kit work. but heres what i know.

Well, hopefully things will still be getting resolved and this is all a big misunderstanding, but here's the long and short of things...
I paypal'd him the money that night. $2100 to cover some shipping and the understanding that if shipping was more than that, we would figure something out. I was planning on just covering the extra shipping. The kit was still on it's way to him and he would ship it to me when he got it. He asked me to wire the money directly to his bank account, but I decided to go with paypal instead.
Last night I got a message from another member on here asking me about the kit. He asked if it came with an oil pump or not. I was curious as to why he was asking me, thinking that maybe he wanted to buy the kit from me if I decided to resell it. He forwarded me a PM from Scott saying that I had backed out of the deal, and I was shipping the kit back to him (I never received the kit). He told him that the first person to paypal him the $2000 would be getting the kit.
So basically, it looks like he is trying to get money for the same kit (if it even exists) to multiple people. I filed a paypal dispute last night to be on the safe side. If I get the kit, fine. I'll recant everything I've said and that will be the end of it.

 

Ok, I think things are sorted out more or less. The guy who was supposed to be shipping him the kit still has the kit and is keeping the injectors for now because the injectors he got from Scott won't work on his truck.
That guy is going to be shipping that kit to me this week because he was waiting for the new injectors before he shipped the old ones with the STS kit. Now he will just be shipping me the kit without injectors. I need to get different injectors anyway so I will just wait for those injectors at a later date and sell them.
I think most of it was just confusion combined with my paranoia over losing $2000. Glad we could get this worked out Scott. I hope everything works out between you and this other guy.

 

Adam ,Sorry you have to deal with this crap!! When you get the kit ''or if you ever get it'' I would sell those longtubes! To make some money to pay for the injectors. I hope anything works out!!! Did you ever get pictures? I hope the whole kit is there. This could be a money pit.$$$$$$$$$$

 

God...Adam, I hope it all works out for you. This add sounds like scam central to me. Selling a kit that's not even in his possession? Is that even allowed on LS1Tech? Adam, send a PM to one of the moderators in this for sale section & ask him to keep an eye on this & on the seller's information, just in case this turns into a legal matter.

its all my falt, i didnt know he was selling another kit, and i seen adam post something in his add so i figured he was the one that backed out and i asked him why he was backing cuz im pretty much doing the samething as him but putting it in a camaro.

but i do belive that everything is worked out
