Can the head be fixed? Will the port and polish take care of it?

Yes and these were my exact thoughts. If someone was planning on doing a port/polish/cnc job on them, the 1 affected combustion chamber would clean up.

Do those racetronix injectors have any miles on them or are they brand new?

No miles, but they were installed and dynoed to determine whether or not they were going to be sufficient for the application.

Technically no, but they might as well be because all they have is dyno time. I changed setups before even putting them to use as they weren't going to support the power I was planning on making.
