Sorry for the late response guys, I was out of town all last week and just got home late last night,
there is not really much of a lip on the rears.
As for the back space I am not sure. but when I had a set of these I had I think a 1 inch spacer on the rear. that was on a 02 camaro.
The offset on the front is 56mm and the rears are 79mm.

Afternoon Bump, Rims are priced right!! FYI Shipping to just about everywhere is about 25 bucks a wheel so Shipping will be 100 bucks. The weight and sizes of the boxes are whats making it high. Thanks!
