what does smog equipment entail?

i need it for my CA smog legal swap.. i'll probably buy it!

Really dont want to ship either both will most likely be ridiculously expensive, but I'll try and get some quotes.

Shipping for the fenders would probably be around $70 via FedEx, or $50 via GreyHound.
