ported tb will fit 2000-2002 camaros.

with slight modification to pcv vet, will fit some trucks

on 98-99 cars you will need a 2000-2002 throttle cable for proper operation, the cable can be found at your local gm dealer for $25

A normal ls1 will idle around 650ish, after a full port job and half shaft the idle may go up 50rpms, you can either tune it down, or put a restrictor in the pvc line to bump it down a tad.

Changing your pcv is a good idea anyway, most ls1's consume a quart every 1,500 miles give or take, if you vent the two fittings on the pass valve cover with little stainless steel breasthers, and run a single vacuum line from the rear drivers valve cover back to intake manifold with a small restrictor in the line you will cut down consumption greatly. plus it reduces the chance of detonation from oil injestion.

98-99 uses a different throttle lever on the throttle body and the throttle cable is a different lenght

Looks like the edges are still pretty thick like theres still some to port? Who ported this?
