Hi,
I am gauging intrest in my 380ci LQ9 based engine. It is a 2005 LQ9 block that has been sonic checked for core shift, bored .080. It has a stock crank with Eagle H-beam rods, J&E forged pistons with 4cc valve reliefs yeilding 10.8:1 compression with 65cc heads. The camshaft is a Camotion custom grind, 242/248 .630/.630 113+3. On it are a fresh set of Lingenfelter ported 243 castings with 2.10/1.57 stainless valves and 918 springs with Ti retainers. The mains and heads are ARP studded and the rods have ARP 2000 bolts. It has a FAST 90 intake with out a throttle body and SVO 42# injectors. The engine also has an ASP balancer and Harland Sharp 1.75 ratio shaft rockers. The engine made 523rwhp and 470ftlbs through a 9" and an M6 on a Mustang dyno at EPP. I am asking $4,000obo. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Yes. The rings were gapped for a big shot, 200+. The camshaft is a nitrous grind that still runs fantastic NA. The biggest shot ever on the car was a 75 shot just to get my feet wet. It ended up spinning the clutch in 3rd and 4th gear and still trapped 131mph in a 3770lb race weight 4th gen SS.

correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the max bore on these blocks was .060 even with sonic checking? And ecspecially since the nitrous will add alot of heat will that be safe?
