Just an FYI, you can get a brand new unit with a full warranty from sponsors on here for the same price. I'd be intersted if the price were right, but if I'm going to pay 'new' price, I'd get one with helical gears for another $100.

Just giving you a heads up.

Realistically, it's going to be south of $2000. Look at any used part, even if it hasn't been used, people usually get 75% of new price at best.

Can't go that low with shipping and paypal fees. If it doesn't get sold, I will put it back on.

Exactly. So figure a good $550 for a used SDCE setup, and you have about $1900 for a low mileage D1SC headunit and that's if you only got the bracket for the sdce setup. Figure more for the pullies or anything else you got.

Original poster, what specific vehicle is this for? As I understand it, not only is rotation critical, but so is the location of the oil slinger.

Selling used parts, especially expensive ones is tough to recoup expenses.

Price drop to $2200 shipped(48) including paypal fees and insurance. If it doesn't sell at this price, I'll use it on another project......

Good luck with the sale but I didn't think you could post things for sale with less than 50 posts. $2200 is a lot to spend on a used head unit with no warranty.

Thanks. I don't have to sell it, I have 3 other projects that I can use it on, just wanted to try another setup. I will not go as low as $1500.

From what I can tell from ATI's website, the Trailblazer SS headunit is standard rotation and the oil slinger is in the 12:00 position.

So in other words, it won't work on an f-body.
