Saddens me to do this, but I'm putting my entire D1SC setup for sale. The car has been mostly sitting the last few years and its a waste to have this kit not in use. Last year we made some nice changes and upgrades as far as piping and the custom intake elbow and a new intercooler and then the car sat all year again this year, so really the only thing with any use at all is the blower.

There is a great deal of time and money in this setup and it has performed very well.

-Blower is a Procharger D1SC. It has around 500 track passes and 500 street miles on it since being rebuilt by Procharger.

-SDCE 8 rib tensioner setup and pulley. Currently has a 3.4 pulley on it. I think I have 3.8 and 4.0 pullies somewhere also. This setup works great, zero belt slip ever. Belt is in perfect shape as well.

-Vortech Mondo bypass valve with a filter on it to reduce noise and dust being kicked up. Valve faces down towards the ground, not upwards blowing dust around under the hood.

-All the piping is 3" ALUMINUM(not mild steel), very light. Custom fabricated by Tim Olson of Affordable Speed.

-Front mount intercooler is a 4" core off Ebay.

-All silicone is black, and brand new. All clamps are stainless and are brand new.

-FMIC supports are custom fabricated by Tim Olson as well. Its two piece, upper and lower, and are BOLT IN design. Extremely light and clean.

-Intake elbow is 4" ALUMINUM custom fabricated by Tim Olson. Places the large brand new K&N Filter perfectly up in the bumper. We gained 3 PSI with this intake over the stock ATI hat. See pics for comparison to the ATI hat and how nice it sits up in the bumper. Aluminum strap is welded to the intake to bolt it to the frame for support as well.

Powder Coating: All the piping is coated in a custom smoke gray/trans black color. All the clamps are coated flat black. The intercooler is also coated flat black, as well as the intercooler mounting brackets. And NO the intercooler being coated does NOT affect its performance. I powder coat for a living and assure you its no issue.

-As you can see in the pics, the piping currently is designed to run on a speed density tune. Running a MAF would be pretty simple, just a matter of cutting some pipe out and getting two silicone couplers to hold the MAF in the charge pipe in whatever location you prefer.

This kit has been making 13-14 PSI on my car. It has not seen the track with that level of boost as I never ran it after Tim built the new intake elbow which gained those additional PSI. Before the car was parked for a couple years, it ran VERY consistent 9.80 at 138-140 MPH at 3400 lbs with only 11 PSI of boost, and was a total riot on the street as well.

I am asking $4500 plus shipping for this setup. I accept cash, paypal and credit cards(add %3 for paypal or credit card).

If you wish for the piping to be powder coated in a different color, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Please PM or call/text me at 847-561-4361

Sean

Here's a variety of pictures from last year from, some during the fabrication and some completed, etc.

Thanks. We worked hard on it and I hope whoever buys it appreciates the level of quality and detail that went into it.

It is very tempting. It looks like it would go well with my F1A and SDCE setup. Just let me know if you get to a point that you are willing to separate.
