Will this one fit an ls1? And also give some more hp as the ls6 intake does?

Just FYI (to you and others), SDP is selling complete LS2 intakes (with injectors/fuel rail/map/bolts) less TB for $225 (+10-15 shipping). I think they are only asking $75-$100 for the intake itself.

i have no idea of what these are going for so 225 shipped sounded like a good price.
yes you will gain over the LS1 intake, you dont need new fuel rails etc. its a drop in and go bolt on. i am open to a fair price
by the way 2001 camaro *** guy, who the hell asked you. go get a girlfriend or a hobby.

To other buyers, just to give you a warning of the type individual you would be doing business with, here is the PM he sent me: .

hey if you want to offer advice, why dont you offer advice and be usefull to everyone rather than trying to make someone look like a fool.
mother ******
He has since made posts in a number of my threads like this just proving his immaturity.

Furthermore, his statements

are not true.

It has been documented time and again that the LS1/LS6 and LS2 injectors and fuel rails are not compatible (at least not direct swap). The injectors can be made to work (LS2 injectors are shorter if I remember correctly) but require spacers. The fuel rails may even have different mount tab locations preventing compatibility (certainly the wrong depth). The injector plugs are different, the MAP is located on the front of the LS2 intake, etc. Then there is the 78mm (3 bolt) vs 90mm TB (4 bolt). So, not anywhere close to a "bolt on" swap.

It has also been shown that the LS2 manifold (un-ported) produces less HP than the LS6 manifold. If you have an LS1 intake, get an LS6 manifold.

So, take all this into consideration before you do business with him. You might get nothing but a nasty PM for your money. He does not seem to know what he is talking about and certainly seems to not care about his "customer"/fellow LS1Tech member. Guys like that will knowingly sell bad parts and then refuse return (has happened numerous times on this place).

titleist, you are definitely not helping your case at all...

clearly you are upset that your parts are not worth what you hoped, but thats no excuse for your immaturity.

You are also making it very apparent(contrary to your claims) that age is not directly related to wisdom or maturity.

and btw...
