now the car runs runs horrible. A few months ago the car ran awesome. A few weeks ago I was working on the car and I was leaving it run and shutting it off alot. I used up alot of gas. So yesterday I went to take it out to get some gas in it and it ran so bad. SES came on flashing and the codes im getting are the p0300 & p0174. where should I look?

I would say right front o2 sensor failure, it's reading lean so the PCM enriches the mixture to get it right to the point of fouling out the right bank.

This is not an uncommin set of codes to run together-

Seen this in many cases - one car had a broken intake bolt and was leaking air - One had a lazy / bad 02 causing the car to lean out that side and cause misfire- Damaged plugs - Seen vacuum leaks do it as well.

If you have a scanned to see how the o2s are doing that would be a good start, as well as checking the plugs for damage / wear.

so what would cause me to get a lazy O2 sensor? like I said a month & half ago the car ran awesome, no issues at all. Could running the car extremely low on gas and a lazy O2 sensor be related?? Im wondering if I had water in the gas tank and the water is what screwed the O2 Sensor up?

direct contact of water to an o2 sensor will short it. But I doubt that happened. o2s foul out and get " lazy " its how you refer to a bad sensor. Sometimes they get old - or 10 other reasons.

If you wanna guess at what caused it and not check for problems / actual info at the car to what is wrong you will never know.

well I pulled all the spark plugs out and they were all fouled. Completley black. I also found out the exhaust manifold bolts on the drivers side were extremely loose. One bolt was 1/2 way out. The exhaust manifold bolts on the passenger side were a tad loose.

Could the loose exhaust manifold bolts cause the plugs to get fouled out. The car is dyno tuned so Im wondering what would have cause them to get fouled out.

try to disconnect the 02 sensors and erase codes and drive the car see if it gets better if so replace o2's start with the right one id say

Im going to install new plugs and wires (the wires are old) and I want to see if that cures the problem. I disconnected the battery to reset the PCM.

I hope the O2 sensors arent screwed up.

If the exhaust manifold was leaking it would cause the o2 on that side to read lean causing it throw more fuel at the motor. Retighten the bolts and use a new gasket if damaged, change the plugs and check both your o2s. Most likely the exhaust leak it going to cause that. Let us know what happens if not its going to be something fuel related.
