Default TSP 100mm MAF, switched to 95mm TB now problems

Hey all,
I have a 199 Camaro SS M6
ported 241, mild cam, stock bottom end, all of the other bolt on goodies.
I have a ported 90mm FAST opened to 95mm and a Janzter 95mm TB
with a FTP 100 lid and TSP 100mm MAF

Well we dyno tuned the car with a 92mm TB and it made 450 RWHP 403 RWTQ with 4.56 in the 12 bolt and 28 in MT slicks. Drivablity was fine, only problem was at cold starts it would idle way low like 400-600 RPM. I ajdusted the TB blade with the set screw help a bit. Then I sold the 92mm TB and bought a 95mm TB for cheap and opened the FAST to match the 95MM TB. Changed to 4.30 gears. Back to the dyno because I was ready to tune on the nitrous. Well did a couple of runs and car only made 434 RWHP forgot TQ. It was a cooler day too. Now the car has a hard time at any start ups, cold or warm. Sometimes it idles high 1300 RPM and take a good minute to find idle at 1000 RPM. Other times it idles at 500-600 RPM and take 1-2 minutes to find idle. I ajdusted the TB blade screw multiple times, took off the TB and put a new gasket. All vacuum lines seem to be connected.
Anyone have a idea what could be happening? under 2000 RPM driving the care surges like it loads up with fuel and sometimes back fires.

Any idea's?, sitting with the tuner tonight to find out what going on. AFR at WOT is 12.2-12.6.

Thats what happend to a friend of mine I ordered 95mm Revxtrem TB for him for his H/C/I C5 ZO6 its PITA to tune I mean really hard.

Also since you have mild cam and stock heads I really dont think you need the 100mm MAF and 95 TB!!!!!

Good luck

I know everyone said that I would not need them for my combo. But I made 23 HP going to 100MM lid and MAF and 92mm TB over my MTI 78mm lid 85mm MAF and 90mm TB. 6 RWHP before tuning bolting on.

I figured since it did not cost anymore $ to go to a 95mm TB then even if I only got 1 HP it was well worth the change. I was hoping for 5-10 RWHP because of the change of gears and a little more air flow.

If it is a Rev Xtreme TB you might want to PM allngn_c5. They had a hell of a time dialing his in from what I understand. Good luck,

You slowed down your air speed around the maf. Try and move yo maf closer to the TB.... My .02

No it is a Janzter 95mm TB, 92mm was a Janzter too!

Good idea 1999vetteroo

My tuner is coming over tonight to help work the bugs out. I will discuss this with him and may have to try it out.

Anyone else??

I have TSP maf and I'm going to throw it away because it's really bad maf from my experience. at low rpms AFR go out of wack. Lean then rich then lean again no matter how much you try to tune it. It's just unstable and came with faulty IAT sensor and wrong harness..........

Going back to gm 85mm maf. what a waste
