Default tapping pcm

i just completed a transmission swap and i want to wire up the reverse lockout to the pcm. what is the best way to tap into the pcm to do so? and what will i need?

If it's 99+ then use pin 44 from the red PCM connector to supply ground to the soleniod. You have to supply 12V ign to the other pin.

Buy the pins and plug them into the proper slot in the connector.
The connector is a PITA to take apart tho.

Carefully take apart the connector on the PCM and move one of your now unused pins to the slot you want to use, like an air or EGR.

im still using both of them. what is one that i can use from the auto wires that is no longer in use?

On the same connector:
1- Pin 42 tan/black, TCC enable circuit.
2- Pin 47 yellow/black, shift solenoid B
3- Pin 48 ligh green, shift solenoid A
You can use any one of the three, and will have to extend the wire at the other end (trans) since the rev. sol. is on the driver side and the auto trans connector is on the passenger side of the trany.
