Thumbs up TRUE 15 mpg all city real-world driving in my 402 L92 top-end

My style of driving which is "spirited"

I didn't do any WOT runs but I most certainly didn't baby the throttle either.

No highway all city.

I'd probably be able to get 17 mpg city if I actually used AutoVE and/or my Roadrunner which has been gathering dust for years now

I was surprised how much the L92 top-end is so much more of a gas hog then the LS6/FAST top-end was. I got 16.5 on that set-up but it made a lot less power

Dang I get 13-14 on a stockish 364.

I guess you don't drive through so many lights cuz I never got better than that in 3 years of driving this thing around town.

What sort of speeds are you driving and how often do you come up to a stop light or sign?

My VE table is nowhere near stock

I just haven't hardwired my Wideband to my EFILive and performed the auto function.

When I lived in Miami/Ft Laud my Mpg was 1 mpg lower on my old setup. Plenty of stop lights where I live here near Tampa with no highways.

My Wife gets close to 17 city mpg in Her bolt-on, stalled and geared A4.

I've messed with that too and got STFTs to near 0, would going excessively positive or negative on these for the low RPMs that I see on the street be more beneficial than having them be between -1 and 1?

Definitely wanna be as close to 0 as possible for your goal. I've found that the timing tables helped my mpg immensely eg. Not having the timing too low

On my TA, around town I average about 13-14 because of my big stall, but on the hwy I can squeek out 19-20 mpg without WOT.

Cool well I've done that, now how much timing should I add to the low load cells?
