Changed for 2 to 3 bar and wont start Hptuners software.
I made the conversion or attempting the conversion from 2 bar to 3 bar. Having an issue. Car wont start... Here is what i have done so far I think I am missing something.
1) went back to stock tune and replaced with a 3 bar OS system.
2) did a file compare from my 2bar tune and changed the 3 bar to match my 2 bar info. And KPA is reading 305 on the scale so the 3 bar is in the car.
Turn key car and tries to fire and dies off instantly...
3) Installed the two bar tune back in the car and put the 2bar sensor back on and car runs fine.
The 2 bar sensor I have been using looks identical to the 3 bar part number is worn off the 2 bar but the new 3 bar is part#12223861
EDIT Problem solved. Since i had to download a base 2002 tune. Even though went through the copy paste compare the program for some odd reason did not see vats... I have no clue. But thanks to blownbluez06 for seeing it.
Any help much appreciated.

maybe maybe not. try logging map(v) in your scanner koeo.with your 3bar you should get in the neighborhood of 1.6-1.7 volts. if not then somethings up. your 2bar should be like 2.5 volts. just a sanity check for your map sensor. can you post both tunes and both scans?

Has the car set the dtc for maf high frequency yet? Sometimes the C5's are reluctant to set the code with the 3bar operating system so you have to try and keep it running with the throttle until the maf fails.

What are the odds I got a bad 3bar sensor?
Curious what would happen if I tried to start the car with the 2bar map sensor installed and used the 3bar tune. Would it hurt anything. And if it ran on the 2 bar map with the 3bar tune installed would that lead to a bad map sensor?

resist the urge to lie to the pcm. i noticed your maf curve is still in, i was under the assumption to zero it except for maybe the first cell. i have heard vettes can respond a little differently . use your check engine light to see if your maf code sets and use the scanner to confirm your 3bar map is working.

Try to fire the car with the 2 bar sensor and tune, and take a look at what you see for airflow at idle.
Now take the 3 bar tune, and put that airflow number into the first cell of the MAF table, and zero out the rest of the table.
See if that will get the car to fire/stumble long enough to throw the MAF code.
I also noticed that you changed the MAP sensor linear, but not the offset. Do you know what the reading is for your sensor at 0 volts per GM spec? I'd look up the offset and linear values to be sure.

I also found this http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showpo...3&postcount=15
Looks like you may need to swap the pins for the new sensor.
I also believe your offset value needs to be either 3.6 or 6.0 (I've seen mixed results), but not the 10.33 that you have in it.

Well swapped the pins. And nope didn`t do a thing. Also tried changing the offset to 6.0 and nothing there.
I would be happy to just be able to get the MAP sensor to read 105 KOEO then atleast I know its doing something.
Edit**** Got the map to read 100kpa with KOEO...

I dont know if this helps. Here is a log from a 4th gear run I made. Before I was convinced had to get the 3bar in the car to get the fuel straightened out. Its show some knock down low from the 83lb injectors still trying to get them dialed in... They seem to sputter down low when gradually bringing them up. From idle reads like 53psi
