you cab call a local shop where your at and they may be able to do it for cheap...... send your pcm in to FROST, buy a Diablo sport predator, buy something to tune with.
buy a set of o2 sims is what most do....
just buy a set of long tubes not worth the hassle just to take out your cats

PCMforLess does a decent tune without having a dyno, they can also remove Sensor 2 codes. I have one of their PCMs in my car with no cats and just passed emissions.

If you don't have tuning software, you can look for some used O2 simulators. You should also post in the regional forum here to see if someone local can do it for you.
