What's up fellas I got a 2000 ls1/6spd ss camaro and I need a new harness/computer (long story) so I got a line on a 02 6spd ls1 harness/PCM and need to know if it's a direct plug and go for my car/motor/trans..thanks again

02 wont have an EGR circuit, could add it from your existing harness

/\ lol now I have 2 different answers.. Can anyone shed more light on the egr plug and any other differences from the 00'-02' harness (6spd) much apprichiated

Egr is the hole on top of the Intake... Deleting it with a block off plate is a mod by itself lol

The harness is a direct swap you just won't have a egr plug since they didn't come with them in 01-02 from the factory because they came with ls6 intakes instead and that "hole" is no longer on it.

Yes but I live in good ole California,gonna need egr for test only smog visual...after smog is when the fun begins..

Ill just keep an eye out for a 99/00 harness I guess..unless there's are write up on how to add the egr plug to the 02 harness..
