can anyone change a hp tunners custom SO tune to efi live I cant read the pcm now its not locked the tunner just used hp to tune it and I have efi live

I have a friend with hp tunners that can read the file so if I send it in a email can someone change it to efi live file

I didn't think so. Your options are
Pay to have someone with hpt flash it back to a standard os so efi live can read it
Send your pcm to someone with a code breaker to unlock it for efi live
Get a spare pcm and start from scratch
I was in the same situation and decided to get a new pcm
