Default TPS reads 100% at all times

Hello Everyone,
I am ironing out the kinks on a 370 H/C/I swap. Vehicle has 102mm TB and stock harness. I am getting a P0123 code and HPTuners is showing the TPS at 100% with engine off/key on and at idle. Increasing the throttle shows no decrease/change in voltage. I replaced the TPS and did a TPS relearn with no success. I pulled the TPS off and can manually rotate it, causing the voltage to move up and down normally. The only thing I notice on the TB is that it seems like the throttle blade "notch" is out of clock compared to what is needed for the sensor.

Is there another TPS I can use from a different make/model that may have a different orientation for the notch or something I can adjust in HPTuners? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

If its a cheap china 102, this is a common problem. You'll have to slot the holes in the TPS sensor and put it on at the appropriate angle.

slotting the holes won't be enough. The notch on the throttle shaft is over 90 degrees in the wrong direction, it seems.

You might have to get a different TB.

Check the throttle shaft orientation next to a stock throttle body.

Manually turn the sensor by hand and see if the reading changes.

The readings do change.

I ended up having to clock the TPS manually by taking a dremel to a few of the plastic parts. I am able get it it at .45V at idle now but it is only going to 3.2V and 80% throttle. That's another issue I can tackle later, this is a temporary fix until I can get a throttle body with the proper clock.
