Default Incomplete O2 sensor monitor and heater

I can't seem to get these two to clear after driving two tanks of fuel. Battery and alternator have been tested and come back as good so is there something in the hpt file causing this?

First what is done exhaust wise?

If you're running an ory... what are your codes set to? Make sure the rears are set to not report the error, all rear o2 codes plus the heater codes etc.

KOOKS long tubes and their 3" true dual off road exhaust and I'm not getting any codes just the two in completes. This was the last tune done by the tuner and I'm not sure how to go about checking the tune file. I've written and read an hpt file but never adjusted one.

During those 2 tanks of fuel have you flashed the pcm? Theres a certain driving cycle you need to do which im certain you can hit with 2 tanks of gas. Possible the tuner did not set the correct codes the correct way?

No the last changes to the tune are from the tuner. The battery was disconnected while I was working on the valvetrain and the car was down for several weeks. I'm going to get a read file from the car tonight but like I was saying I have no codes or SES light. What should the monitors say for the 02 Sensor and Heated 02 and are these referring to the back O2 sensors?

My thinking is the SES enable should not be checked for the bank 1 and 2 sensor 2's

those voltage high and lows for sensor 1 on both banks should be left alone, NOT set to report no error. The front o2s shouldnt really have the codes manipulated at all really other then the o2 heater which can be a pain with the long tubes. The high and lows should be all stock. Is the car being forced into open loop all the time? Setting those codes that way MIGHT do that or the tuner set it up to run open loop. If thats the case, it wont complete the monitors.

Reset all the o2 bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1 stuff back to stock, except the heater related codes. Try again. Also log the car and make sure its actually going into closed loop.

If you run into slow response issues, start tuning the o2 sensors in the fuel section as they need things changed for the longtubes.

I put all the DTC's back per the stock tune, filled up the tank and went for a drive today. The O2 sensor monitor went ready leaving me with the 02 heater sensor still incomplete. It can pass with one not ready but on my way back home the SES light came on. I have P1133 and P1135 codes now. I have an idea of what to do next but I'm open to suggestions.

Actually TPIZ92 did point me in the right direction but some of what he was saying was above me. I ordered some catted bends from KOOKS and luckily I still had the cars factory tune so I put the O2s back to their correct settings and started from there. After all was said and done I was able to clear everything but the 02 heater and like he said the LT's.

glad to hear it. I apologize. I am fighting longtube codes on my own car and have spent the last three days experimenting with the o2 sensor settings to speed up there switching etc.
