Default P59 or equivalent PCM in 99 fbody? Looking for 3 bar and flex fuel capability

Ive seen a bunch of posts but i guess not what im looking for, obviously its been done but what exactly needs to be done to convert from a 0411pcm to P59 or equivalent PCM in 99 fbody? Looking for 3 bar and flex fuel capability

There are several pins that should be moved and some grounds added. The O2 sensors are different if you want to get technical. I think most guys just ignore or turn off the codes though.

From what I have found, there is no 3-bar flex fuel fuel OS available for a P01 (0411). You will need an EXPRESS VAN P59 for that. I searched high and low for a way to make the red/blue harness work on green/blue PCM. No dice. I bought an EXPRESS VAN harness. I could be wrong tho...

It just depends on how far you want to go vs what your willing to tolerate. Grounds need to be added, either O2 heater codes need turned off, or you need to rewire and get the correct O2 sensors for the p59. I know there is other stuff, but honestly there is no 1 size fits all "how to" for this. If you listen to Brandon @ lt1swap.com, just plug it in and go is what I believe he told me.
